Selwood Housing Association
Selwood Housing, a social housing provider managing almost 7000 homes for rent and shared ownership, based in the South West, has successfully completed a thorough evaluation of GUARDIAN® remote technology. This low cost pilot enabled Selwood Housing to demonstrate a compelling business case; saving the organisation time, money, energy and water.
Throughout the 12 week evaluation, the GUARDIAN remote monitoring system, designed and manufactured in the UK by Plexus Innovation, provided Selwood Housing, remotely and in real time, with temperature measurements required for legionella compliance management and accurately identified outlets requiring weekly flushing.

Loreburn Housing Association Saves Time and Money Thanks To Remote Technology
Loreburn Housing Association, a Social Landlord providing more than 2,500 homes across Dumfries and Galloway, recently evaluated GUARDIAN® remote technology via an affordable pilot scheme offered by Durham based Plexus Innovation.
Impressed with the demonstration of manpower and financial savings, Loreburn now plan to implement the technology, designed and manufactured by Plexus Innovation in the UK, a portfolio of 26 of its critical schemes.

Following successful evaluation of GUARDIAN® this large, NE based, housing group chose to implement the technology across their full portfolio of sheltered housing units.
The customer wanted to utilise the data collected by GUARDIAN® to understand usage profile of each asset. Their goal is to provide an enhanced Legionnaire compliance management, reduce operating costs and remove the risk of human error.

SHELTERED HOUSING
This large, Midlands based, housing group commenced an initial pilot trial of GUARDIAN® technology in October 2019.
The aim of the evaluation is to determine whether introduction of digital technology could improve Legionnaire compliance management, reducing operating costs of manual measurement readings and remove the risk of human error.
This customer also wanted to utilise the data collected by GUARDIAN® to improve visibility on heating systems and cost management.
